This client contacted DesignWorkPlace because they have owned a parcel of land for over 30 years but the City of Palos Verdes Estates had placed a building moratorium on the land due to potential land slides. After 20 years the city finally eased up and allowed the clients to build. Unfortunately, the client had hit their 90s and were not looking to undertake a building project and, instead, opted to sell the land. After an Architect designed the shell and structural components of the house, DesignWorkPlace designed the interior space plans and created a virtual space that could be used to facilitate the sale of the land.
