PREFERRED BANK

Pico Rivera, CA

Preferred Bank was looking to expand into markets that it had not previously had a presence in. They leased a former flower shop in Pico Rivera on the corner of Rosemead Blvd and Washington Blvd. The biggest logistical obstacle was that this building is a seven-sided building with drastically unequal walls length. To add to that, the location of the interior columns had unexpected positioning and sizes. Also, with the client having Chinese roots, they wanted to adhere to Feng Shui ideals. With little viable interior architecture to work from, a circle was used to arrange the space and placement of walls and the teller line. This created an organized space to work from and welcome clients.
